The village of Kennoway in Fife is situated near the coastal towns of Leven and Methil. It stands about three miles inland from the Firth of Forth, and Kennoway also stands beside the A916 that runs north to Cupar where it joins the A91.
Although Kennoway retains a distinct identity, only a few fields divide it from larger neighbouring towns. Local residents have extensive local amenities available to them, while the sandy beaches of Lundin Links and Scoonie Golf Club provide leisure opportunities. There is also a hospital in Buckhaven.
