Property in Maybole

Maybole is a burgh of barony in South Ayrshire, nine miles south of Ayr and 50 miles southwest of Glasgow. Its rich history is reflected in Culzean Castle (run by The National Trust for Scotland), the ruins of Crossraguel Abbey from 1240AD, and the remains of Turnberry Castle where Robert the Bruce is said to have been born.

Maybole railway station hosts regular services from the Glasgow and South Western Railway. The town also sits on the main A77 that runs between Stranraer to the south and Glasgow to the north along the M77.
