Situated on the southern coast of the Black Isle peninsula, Rosemarkie is a popular village in Ross-shire. The A832 runs directly through the village and links the town of Cromarty eight miles east of here to the nearby towns and villages of Fortrose, Avoch and Munlochy. The A832 goes on to join the A9.
Rosemarkie is just twenty minutes by car from Inverness, where there are excellent shopping and leisure facilities. Its proximity to the city also makes Rosemarkie a popular commuter setting.
