SPC Scotland explained

Bringing together solicitors property centres from across the country, SPC Scotland offers information for all those interested in the property market: buyers, sellers, investors and the media.

The manner in which properties are bought and sold in Scotland places the solicitor often at the very heart of the transaction. This allows for solicitor estate agents to handle the whole transaction from property marketing right through to conveyancing.

This process has resulted in the creation of solicitors property centres across the country, and SPC Scotland brings the various centres together to provide one cohesive place.

SPC Scotland lists thousands of properties for sale from across the whole of Scotland. The site contains all properties listed by seven Scottish property centres throughout the country, ensuring maximum exposure at both a local and national level.

What is a solicitors property centre?

A solicitors property centre (SPC) is a property network of participating member solicitor estate agents, who advertise properties for sale across a geographic region.

Solicitors property centres offer a bespoke marketing package for cohesive promotion of their member firms properties, often through all or a combination of website, paper and showroom, complemented by expert advice.
