Established in 2001, the Borders Solicitors Property Centre brings together 11 independent member firms, operating from 20 offices conveniently located throughout the Borders region.

BSPC’s member firms boast a long and distinguished history, in some instances for more than 100 years. Firms are well known within their own areas of operation.

Each office is run by an experienced team of property professionals and headed by a qualified solicitor who, in turn, is governed by the Law Society of Scotland’s strict professional code of conduct.

These are all local people, who live and work in the Borders and have in-depth knowledge of the local property market, which can be very different from what’s happening across the country as a whole.
